Japantown
IMG_0188I went down to Japantown by Muni today. This was actually my first ride on the Muni bus (in my almost 1 year life in SF!) and I feel I like it since It’s easy and cheap. N-judah and 38 makes it really easy to go from the Bayside village to Japantown.
So, because I’m almost running out of books I brought from Japan, I shopped at Kinokuniya to get these 3 books. They’re all from my favorite authors: 東野圭吾 (Keigo Higashino), 椎名誠 (Makoto Shiina) and 中島らも (Ramo Nakajima). They might be enough for next week and a flight SFO-NRT.
IMG_0189At the register of Kinokuniya I found the flyer for the movie Train Man.
It is a fine movie made out of Japanese interesting net culture “2ch.” Apparently they’re showing in Four Star Theater till 18th. It’s not very close to the office, but anyone interested going to watch it?
