VVD communications: 45 Mbps, $300/year (or $40/mon)
I got a posting in my mailbox today: VVD communications. They claim they serve 45Mbps $300/year or $40/month in limited residential buildings in the Bay Area, and my apartment is one of them.
I wonder if this is worth considering. It’s definitely cheaper than Comcast (without cable TV) and much, much faster (if it really does 45Mbps) downloads & uploads as well. Apparently they do DirecTV as well.
