DHL delivery failure

because of Amazon.com’s awesome Amazon Prime service membership, the TV stand I ordered Sunday night was supposed to come today by 5pm.

But it failed, of course. DHL guarantees the 2nd business day delivery which didn’t work this time because of the transit delay, according to the customer support. They made obvious two failures:

  • To guarantee the thing they can’t do- Not to notify the delay (even on the tracking page it says “It’s right on track”) until I made the phone call to CS by myself.Dude, never make a promise that you can’t do. It’s worse than not promising anything.
