Shure e2c is gone

My fave earphone Shure’s e2c has retired from its job, on the flight from Heathrow to Narita. Its left ear pad broke from its root, and is not usable anymore. Sigh.

I checked in the flight from Heathrow to Narita this morning and found a seat 1) which is on aisle and 2) seats next to the seat were all vacant.

UK Diary #3

Today was clkao’s birthday and we had a Hackerkitchen party. He cooked very nice Duck and some vegetables which we bought in Notting Hill’s market. Quite yummy.

I wasn’t aware of the fact that we use different power jack sockets in US and UK. So I’m mostly out of battery during the conference, and after the conference I borrowed one from clkao. Not sure how I could work on the slides after tonight’s party.
