IMG_9550I went down to check the UR Osaki Art Village Tower open model rooms. They’re mostly fabulous and are roomy enough, but the building’s very close to the train station (Osaki) and the sound of trains would be a little annoying especially if you live under the 10th floor.
IMG_9489Tonight I went to a friend’s apartment in Ebisu, to attend to the party “Heavy Metal night.” It was a small party and there were only 4 people including me.
Today SAKK engineers has kindly setup a bon voyage party for me in a Korean BBQ restaurant in Roppongi. I got a gift of Canon IXY Digital 900iS which I wanted to switch from my IXY 600. Here are some pics taken with the new camera right after that. I haven’t checked out the new feature yet, but it has some neat features like blur cancellation.
In honor of Vox’s launch tomorrow, what’s your favorite feature or aspect of Vox?
The Black ParadeMy Chemical RomanceI just downloaded the new album of My Chemical Romance. Sounds good so far.
register.com has been down from this morning and most of my domains, including bulknews.net is now unresolvable. This is so annoying.
Recently I’ve learned the new term Credit history. Artur and Yann adviced me to create an AMEX card in Japan and switch to US one, since they keep the credit history intercontinentally.
What food or drink do you love when it’s cold out? (Recipes and recommendations, please!)
October is a very good season for people loving sports. Tonight I’d like to watch F-1 Grand Prix Brazil, England Premiership games and Liga Espanola Classico (Barcelona - Real Madrid).

It’s been 7 years since I came here last time.
The U.S. embassy has taken my passport to stamp the visa on. I don’t have a driver’s license and Japan doesn’t have a decent ID system as Western countries do. So offically my ID is null now. There’s nothing that proves my identity, at least for a week.
P506iC0025035258.jpgHm, I was about to sleep and the TV started telling the breaking news in NYC. Apparently it’s unrelated to the terrorism or anything like that but it still sucks, and is really a bad timing.
P506iC0024969722.jpgI went to the US embassy in Tokyo and waited for 2 hours for a 30 seconds interview. And now the visa has been approved and will be sent in a week or so. Hooray!
